ATIMCO is a family-owned company and a one-stop solution provider for real estate investors. It is the vision of a father-son duo with the association of a group of friends that has enabled the company to excel in the field for 5 years now.
It was Habitations Atlas that gave birth to the company by serving the field of multi- housing construction. From the first house built in our very beginnings, the vision was clear, to innovate our services and find solutions to serve our fellow investors by offering unparalleled financial performance and exceptional green living environments.
Deeply inhabited by pride and our desire to create, today we want to be the pioneer for real estate investment and development by generating all the services of the real estate development cycle.

Our History
Atimco was founded in 2016 by Renaud Gouin-Labrosse, his father and other business partners eager to innovate and build sustainable, energy-efficient projects. We saw a strong future in green building and embarked on this life-long mission, which continues to evolve and exceed expectations, day after day.
